We’re hiring a Junior Systems Administrator who wants hands-on experience across servers, Microsoft 365, and networking while supporting multiple client environments. This is a great role for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, take ownership, and grow quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Provide support across multiple client environments in a ticket-driven setup
- Manage Active Directory (user setup, permissions, onboarding/offboarding)
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, mailboxes, licensing, basic troubleshooting)
- Handle email security, spam filtering, and phishing-related issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, desktops, and connectivity problems
- Document work clearly and manage tickets based on SLAs
What You Bring
- Must have recent MSP industry experience
- Experience working in a ticketing environment supporting multiple clients
- Strong fundamentals in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and communicate clearly
