IT Project Manager (MSP)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of how to deliver complex projects in a managed services environment.

In this role, you will oversee multiple client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and exceptional communication. You will work closely with engineers, leadership, and clients to keep initiatives aligned, documented, and moving forward with precision.

What You Will Do

• Manage multiple IT projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables using ConnectWise Project Board
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
• Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify project requirements and resolve issues
• Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project outcomes

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within a Managed Services Provider
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and infrastructure
• Proficiency with ConnectWise Project Board for resource and project management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
