Position Title: Transactional Attorney

Salary Range: $160000 - $195000 / Year DOE

Transactional Attorney Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on matters related to special education law
• Represent clients in defense cases, with potential for plaintiff work based on experience
• Engage with various practice groups to address unique legal challenges
• Meet a company standard of 1800 billable hours annually
• Contribute to mentorship and professional development within the firm
  
  

Transactional Attorney Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in social work or education
• Experience in defense cases, with consideration for relevant plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
• Experience in big law firms is preferred
