Transactional Attorney Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel in special education law and related administrative matters
- Engage in defense work, with the possibility of handling plaintiff cases on a case-by-case basis

- Meet a standard billable hour requirement of 1800 hours annually
- Participate in mentorship opportunities to foster professional development
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in law, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in special education or related fields
- Experience in defense work, with consideration for plaintiff work based on individual cases
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
