Salary Range: $180000 - $220000 / Year DOE

Trade Secrets/Non-Compete Associate Responsibilities

• Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret matters
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• Argue motions and handle depositions
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with partners on various cases
  
  

Trade Secrets/Non-Compete Associate Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience with substantial exposure to restrictive covenant and trade secret matters
• Experience with motions for injunctive relief and expedited discovery
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills
• Barred in the state
• Flexibility in handling cases is preferred
