What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRADE SECRETS/NON-COMPETE ASSOCIATE position at Aionios LLC?

Our AM200 Law Firm client's Denver office is expanding, and we have an opportunity for an attorney with 3-6 years of litigation experience, with substantial experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, to work with our premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, taking and defending depositions, and written discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues). Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join an industry and team with a robust client roster. A portable book of business is not required. Must be admitted in Colorado or capable of being admitted.
