Trade Secrets / Non-Compete Litigation Associate

Our client, a nationally recognized management-side employment firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its expanding Denver office within its premier Employee Defection & Trade Secrets practice group.

This is an opportunity to work on high-stakes restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes for sophisticated clients across industries. A portable book is not required.

What You’ll Work On:

• Litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters

• Drafting and arguing motions for injunctive relief

• Managing motions for expedited discovery

• Taking and defending depositions

• Handling complex written discovery

• Working with computer forensics and e-discovery issues

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of litigation experience with substantial exposure to restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes

• Experience seeking or defending emergency injunctive relief

• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters in a fast-paced environment

• Colorado Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission

• Excellent academic credentials

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $180,000 – $220,000 (DOE)
