Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE

Senior Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in special education law cases
• Manage a caseload with a focus on defense work
• Collaborate with various practice groups to address client needs
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Participate in mentorship programs to support junior attorneys
• Meet the firm's billable hour requirements
  
  

Senior Litigation Attorney Requirements

• 4 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in administrative law or teacher dismissal cases
• Defense experience, with consideration for plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Barred in multiple states, including California, is advantageous
