Senior Employment Litigation Associate Responsibilities
- Independently manage employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings
- Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Take and defend depositions, appear at hearings, and lead mediations
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys
- Collaborate effectively with litigation teams
- 7 years of experience in employment litigation
- Significant experience managing cases from inception through resolution
- Experience in labor and employment law, including wage-and-hour claims and discrimination matters
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling case strategy
- Experience in a smaller boutique firm or a desire to transition from a larger firm is preferred
