Relationship Manager Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 25-50 large institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Assist in the transition of new clients into the firm thoughtfully and effectively
- Collaborate closely with the investment team to align client goals with investment strategies
- Present investment reports and updates to clients from day one
- Engage in both managing existing business and pursuing new business opportunities
- Travel periodically for client meetings and presentations, primarily within the continental US and select international locations
- Work alongside a client service team while also being hands-on with client materials and presentations
- Maintain organization across multiple client engagements and follow-ups
- 2-5 years of experience in finance or asset management, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and investment principles
- Experience working with large institutional investors or ultra-high-net-worth individuals is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- Knowledge of captive insurance is preferred
