Registered Client Service Associate Responsibilities
- Support the advisor in managing a $400 million AUM book of business
- Prepare for client meetings and assist in data input for financial planning
- Communicate effectively with clients and facilitate ongoing relationships
- Compile client summaries with actionable items post-meeting
- Execute trades and assist in rebalancing client portfolios
- Utilize MoneyGuide Pro for financial planning tasks
- Open new client accounts and process transfers and distributions
- Monitor reports and notifications related to the book of business
- Review accounts using the Paragon platform to ensure portfolio balance
- Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63/65, and SIE Licensed
- 5-10 years of experience in financial services as a CSA or related role
- Proficient with technology
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
