Project Superintendent Responsibilities

• Oversee job site operations to ensure compliance with project plans
• Coordinate with subcontractors to facilitate project execution
• Update project schedules and manage timelines
• Lead job site meetings to communicate progress and address concerns
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Provide support for self-performed work, especially in carpentry
• Foster a culture of trust and communication within the team
  
  

Project Superintendent Requirements

• 5 years of experience in commercial construction for projects under $5 million
• BA Degree is not required
• OSHA certifications preferred, with forklift training required
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and email organization are necessary
• Experience in carpentry or trade work is preferred
