Project Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee weekly project meetings
- Manage change orders
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Work in conjunction with the Superintendent
- Locate and solicit qualified subcontractors and vendors to bid
- Organize and coordinate the issuance of bid invitations
- Manage all project documentation from start to close out
- Manage project billings
- Manage project close-out
- Procurement
- Contract management
- Jobsite execution
- 5 years of multifamily project management experience
- Experience with at least one podium project containing at least 40 units
- Ability to read plans
- Capability to oversee and understand the sequence of the podium project build
- Experience managing a minimum of 40-50 tradespeople
- Consistent multifamily build experience including podium builds
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred
- A background in trades or hands-on experience is preferred
