The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager plays a crucial role in supporting clients by updating their policies and addressing their inquiries. Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Responsibilities

• Manage existing client accounts
• Respond to calls and emails regarding renewals
• Address client inquiries about policy changes
• Handle incoming communications including emails, texts, and calls

Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance brokerage as an account manager or customer service
• Experience with auto, home, and boat insurance
• Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance license or in the process of obtaining it
• General tech-savviness
• Independent insurance agency experience is highly preferred
• Hawksoft software experience is preferred
