Position Title: Paraplanner

A strong Paraplanner is essential for supporting financial plans within a dynamic team environment. This role involves building comprehensive financial strategies that cater to the needs of clients, while also fostering relationships and generating referrals. The ideal candidate will navigate the complexities of client interactions, particularly with an older demographic, ensuring clarity and understanding. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE

Paraplanner Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans using Holistiplan and Right Capital
• Conduct 3-4 client meetings per week in collaboration with advisors
• Walk clients through financial plans during meetings
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 active households
• Gather client information and address their needs effectively
• Build and nurture client relationships to generate referrals
  
  

Paraplanner Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services with a focus on planning
• Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Series 65 or the ability to obtain it within 30 days is preferred
• Life insurance license is preferred
• Experience with Holistiplan and Right Capital is preferred
