Paraplanner Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans using Holistiplan and Right Capital
- Conduct 3-4 client meetings per week in collaboration with advisors
- Walk clients through financial plans during meetings
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 active households
- Gather client information and address their needs effectively
- Build and nurture client relationships to generate referrals
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services with a focus on planning
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Series 65 or the ability to obtain it within 30 days is preferred
- Life insurance license is preferred
- Experience with Holistiplan and Right Capital is preferred
