- Handle state and federal court filing and e-filing across multiple court systems
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Review documents for accuracy, deadlines, and compliance
- Maintain attorney calendars, court dates, and case deadlines
- Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and third parties
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Provide direct administrative support to a senior partner and associated attorneys
- 3 years of experience as a legal secretary
- Litigation or transactional law firm background
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma or associate’s degree
- Exceptional organization, accuracy, and time management skills
- Ability to handle dictation and convert verbal instructions into polished work product
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Adobe, e-signatures, and document tabbing preferred
- Comfort working with dictation and document production preferred
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys
