Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with partners on various cases
- Engage in pro-bono work as part of billable hour requirements
- 4 years’ experience
- Barred in state
- Strong litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in employment law will be considered
- Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in employment and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law is preferred
