Customer Service Manager Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and manage shipping logistics
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their inquiries and concerns
- Resolve shipping issues and coordinate with logistics personnel
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production managers, to ensure timely delivery
- Utilize the ERP system and office software, such as Excel, for order management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions
- Assist in calculating raw materials for production
- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- 4 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience in customer service or procurement is beneficial
- Management experience is preferred for growth opportunity
- BA Degree is preferred
- 85% coverage for employee health insurance and 50% for dependents
