The Director of Operations will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the company alongside the Founder and CEO. The Director will face the challenge of implementing new technologies and optimizing processes in a dynamic environment. A strong background in managing blue-collar workforces, particularly in landscaping and related trades, is essential. This role also requires a high degree of organizational skill and the ability to lead teams effectively. Director Of Operations Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and Operating Partner to enhance operational processes
• Manage and optimize technology integration across various business functions
• Oversee financial operations and ensure accounting accuracy
• Lead efforts in workforce management and recruitment
• Implement and onboard ERP software to support company growth
  
  

Director Of Operations Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of operations experience
• Experience in managing blue-collar workforces, particularly in construction or landscaping
• Strong accounting skills
• Bachelor's degree or MBA
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and accounting software like QuickBooks
• Experience in implementing ERP software is preferred
• Knowledge of horticulture is preferred
