Facilities Superintendent Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and overall condition of all club facilities
- Manage and lead a maintenance team, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate and supervise outside vendors and contractors
- Handle routine maintenance, repairs, and small renovation projects
- Maintain preventative maintenance programs and schedules
- Ensure all safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements are met
- Troubleshoot facility issues and respond quickly to urgent needs
- Support a high-quality member experience by keeping the club clean, functional, and well-maintained
- Three years of experience as a facilities superintendent or in a similar role
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Experience in the hospitality industry or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is preferred
- Pool maintenance experience is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
