- Utilize firm resources, including IT, marketing, and administrative support
- Participate in practice group meetings and firm-wide networking opportunities
- Engage in business development to expand client base
- Work with associates, counsel, and paralegals for case management
- Maintain responsiveness to clients and colleagues
- Adhere to firm policies and professional standards
- Portable book of business
- Minimum of 7-8 years of legal experience
- Admitted to the bar in the state of residence
- Strong business acumen and client relationship skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage financial risk
- Willingness to collaborate in a remote work environment
- Experience handling cases where clients are businesses or business owners
