You’ll support senior attorneys on a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including bodily injury, construction defect, and product liability, and progressively take on more responsibility in discovery, motion practice, client communication, and court appearances. Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 / year DOE

Junior Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities
- Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal arguments
- Prepare and respond to discovery
- Attend court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on litigation strategy and trial prep
- Keep clients informed on case progress in a professional and timely manner
- Manage a growing caseload of 20–40 defense cases under supervision
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Interest in insurance defense, product liability, construction litigation, and other civil matters
