Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of litigation cases related to commercial disputes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court and at depositions, providing effective legal support.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client consultations.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation of case progress.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction defect law and defense litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under pressure.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
