Position Overview
The Litigation Associate Attorney will support the legal team by managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters, preparing for trial, and advocating for clients in court. This role requires strong legal writing skills, a thorough understanding of court procedures, and a commitment to client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Prepare for trials, including organizing evidence and coordinating witness testimony
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while maintaining a focus on their best interests
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Assist in case management and strategy development
- Provide exceptional client service and advocate for client needs
- Review and analyze documents and evidence related to cases
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of PA
- 4 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Familiarity with court procedures and trial preparation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to advocate for clients effectively
- Experience in mediation and arbitration is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong case management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $260,000 - $350,000
