Senior Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload involving bodily injury, construction, product liability, insurance defense, and related litigation
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Lead discovery and trial prep with support from team members
- Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate on case strategy with partners and other associates
- Mentor junior attorneys as needed
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed in New Jersey, PA or DE license a plus
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience in civil or insurance defense
- Experience with motion practice, depositions, and client interaction
- Trial experience preferred
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and litigation management platforms
