Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Represent clients in court proceedings and during depositions.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.

• Provide exceptional client service while handling a diverse caseload.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of litigation experience preferred.

• Active license to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
