Salary: $60,000–$75,000/ Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the founding partners and core legal team
- Organize confidential client files, trust and estate documents, records, and signing materials
- Prepare, print, scan, assemble, and maintain polished document packages and client binders
- Coordinate administrative projects and keep routine workflows moving efficiently and accurately
- Participate in client meetings and signings while providing professional, friendly in-person and phone support
- Help reduce the administrative workload for the office manager and legal team while maintaining a high standard of organization
- Use discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive client information and firm matters
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of professional workplace experience
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and basic computer proficiency
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues
- Dependable, ethical, hardworking, and comfortable working independently in a high-trust environment
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Greenwich, CT with reliable attendance and a manageable commute
- Stable employment history that demonstrates commitment and thoughtful career decisions
- Law firm or professional-services experience is helpful but not required, with strong administrative experience from other industries welcomed
