LED Video Display Technician

This role supports the installation, testing, shipping, and servicing of LED display systems for a diverse client base, including military customers, churches, and commercial clients. As an LED Video Display Technician, you will work hands-on with LED displays, assembling, testing, troubleshooting, installing, and supporting systems both in the shop and on-site. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Frequent travel to client sites is required, making problem-solving skills essential for success.

LED Video Display Technician Responsibilities

• Receive and uncrate incoming LED display shipments, ensuring safe and accurate handling.
• Assemble and configure LED displays for testing and quality control before delivery.
• Disassemble and repack displays to meet shipping standards and prevent damage.
• Prepare outbound shipments for delivery to customers and job sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose LED display issues both in the field and remotely.
• Travel to customer locations to perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Support customers by resolving technical issues and ensuring operational displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory of LED components, tools, and accessories.
• Follow safety procedures while working with electrical components and lifting equipment.
  
  

LED Video Display Technician Requirements

• Experience with LED displays and AV systems, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with control systems such as Colorlight and Novastar.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve LED display issues both remotely and on-site.
• Experience working with commercial clients and providing excellent customer support.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel frequently
• Clean background check due to work with military clients.
