- Assist with taking and defending depositions, or prepare senior attorneys for depositions
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, memoranda, and persuasive advocacy materials
- Support case strategy development and participate in hearings, mediation, and negotiations
- Collaborate with multiple partners on a variety of employment litigation matters
- Manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 1 - 3 years of employment litigation experience preferred
- Open to candidates with strong litigation skills from other practice areas
- Experience defending depositions is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Admitted to the Oregon State Bar
- Proactive self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Stable work history and commitment to growth in employment law
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
