Join this boutique litigation defense firm as their newest Litigation Associate. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aviation and products liability.
Your legal research and writing capabilities will be essential in this role, and experience with Westlaw or LexisNexis is preferred. One of your primary responsibilities will be drafting motions for Oregon and Washington state and federal courts. Additionally, you’ll prepare discovery responses and privilege logs.
Your team will rely on your problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. They value true partnership and hold firm-wide meetings each week to collaborate on case strategy.
This is a hybrid position with three in-office days each week.
