You’ll partner directly with founding leadership to originate, nurture, and close multi-million-dollar deals, while gaining mentorship in wealth advisory and investment banking fundamentals. - Build and expand a network of COIs to generate new deal flow
- Prospect middle-market business owners for ESOP, exit planning, and investment opportunities
- Attend conferences, industry events, and networking functions to uncover pipeline opportunities
- Conduct financial discovery and initial planning conversations regarding liquidity, estate planning, and asset management
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed engagement (6–18-month cycles)
- Collaborate with internal partners and the Sanctuary network to execute client strategies
- Maintain CRM records, track the pipeline, and follow up persistently
- Support client onboarding and service transition post-close; take on more ownership as experience grows
- Deliver a minimum goal of four new deals annually, with expected earnings of $200K based on performance
- 2 years of sales experience with a strong networking and relationship-building focus
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, ESOP/M&A, commercial banking, or investment banking strongly preferred
- Ability to understand financial statements, cash flow, and business operating fundamentals
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant licensing preferred
- Extremely persistent, competitive, and self-motivated—must love the pursuit
