ISO Representative – MCA lender (Commission-Based | Experienced Only)
We are a well-established direct lending company that has been operating successfully for years, expanding our ISO division and seeking an experienced ISO Representative to join our team.
This is a commission-based position designed for motivated professionals who already understand the merchant cash advance / business lending space and are looking to significantly grow their income with a stable, proven, and expanding organization.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience as an ISO Representative in MCA
- Strong ability to build and maintain business partnerships with brokers
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to source, manage, and grow a book of broker relationships
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
