Executive Campaign Director Responsibilities
- Develop work plans and schedules
- Recruit and train volunteers
- Coach and mentor team members
- Manage eight direct reports
- Support fundraising efforts for a $120 million campaign over 2.5 years
- Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to raise $50-$60 million through major gifts
- Organize and lead mini campaigns across local parishes
- Engage with the steering committee to ensure campaign progress
- Travel locally as needed for campaign support
- 10 years of experience in major gift fundraising and capital campaigns for non-profits
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas
- Tech-savvy with various software applications
- Clean driving record
- $100k campaign experience is preferred
- Experience fundraising with schools or churches is preferred
- Background in planned giving or estate fundraising is preferred
