Position Title: Executive Assistant
An energetic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant is sought to provide high-level support. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate intricate travel logistics and expense reporting
- Act as a professional liaison, building positive relationships at all levels of the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare sophisticated summaries, presentations, and reports to support decision-making
- Proactively manage follow-up tasks and, when necessary, help direct support staff or resources to ensure departmental goals are achieved
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant with a large volume of calendaring, deadlines, and reporting
- Must have experience supporting legal teams as a Legal Assistant, Legal EA or Paralegal
- Preferred: Experience as a Paralegal and an EA, or a Legal Assistant who later transitioned into an EA role
- Self-motivated professional with strong work habits, reliability, and pride in delivering high-quality results
- Trusted and thoughtful, exercising sound judgment and maintaining discretion with sensitive information
- Collaborative with a positive personality, sense of humor, and willingness to help others succeed
- Experience with filing/record keeping and maintaining organized physical and online databases
- Experience communicating with various levels within the organization and external clients frequently, via phone and email
- Type A personality with expert-level attention to detail
- Ability to handle changes with grace, particularly frequent changes to schedules
- Associate degree or higher
- Skilled with Excel and able to teach oneself new functions, such as mail merge and metrics (Pivot and V/X Look-up)
