- Advise clients on employment law matters, including hiring, discipline, terminations, wage and hour issues, discrimination, and workplace policies
- Draft and review employment-related documents such as policies, handbooks, and contracts
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise written opinions and memoranda
- Assist with litigation preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial support as needed
- Deliver timely responses to client inquiries
- Participate in trainings, presentations, or client education sessions
- Maintain accurate billing records and meet monthly billable targets
- Minimum of 4 years of employment litigation experience
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and related legal tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
