Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE

Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE
Employment Attorney Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12-15 cases, depending on case size
- Conduct trial preparation, mediations, and depositions
- Perform writing and research tasks related to cases
- Bill 160 hours per month
- Operate with minimal oversight, running cases from start to finish
- At least 6 months of experience within civil litigation, with up to 10 years of experience
- Experience in personal injury litigation, employment litigation, and insurance defense
- Defense experience is required
- Employment defense experience is preferred
- Willingness to go to trial
- Must be barred in California
- Flexibility in work hours is preferred
- 401K with a 3% match and a profit-sharing component
