Position Title: Bookkeeper

This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of a small yet dynamic office environment. The bookkeeper will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a quiet office setting and possess the ability to adapt to varying workloads. Attention to detail and a steady approach to work will be crucial, as the candidate will interact closely with a small team. Bookkeeper Responsibilities

• Manage expense work related to logistics and sales costs
• Perform daily entries, including incoming invoices, sales invoices, and bank statements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and financial statements
• Conduct monthly closing activities
• Handle accounts receivable transactions
• Receive training from an accountant based in Holland
  
  

Bookkeeper Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper
• Proficient in Excel, including intermediate skills with pivot tables and formulas
• Logistics experience is a plus
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
