Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash receipts, invoices, and payments
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
- Create monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Manage and track inventory and assist with purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with our accountant to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with other financial or administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Local to San Antonio, partial remote job/partial office
