Bilingual Technical Support Responsibilities
- Conduct physical and remote troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems
- Provide expert support for customers via email, phone calls, and hotline
- Travel domestically and internationally to assess and resolve customer issues
- Lead training sessions for dealers and customers, utilizing digital platforms and in-person events
- Read and interpret technical manuals to assist customers effectively
- Engage in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge
- Maintain composure and professionalism while addressing customer concerns
- Bilingual in Spanish, with full proficiency in reading and writing
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in agriculture, poultry, or livestock
- Versatility in farm operations may be considered
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
- A background in agriculture or livestock management is preferred
- Familiarity with troubleshooting mechanical systems is preferred
- Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment is preferred
