Assistant Product Manager Responsibilities
- Support the product manager in keeping track of schedules
- Document sample testing and maintain organized records
- Communicate effectively with vendors
- Assist in the design and development cycle
- Conduct market research to inform product strategies
- Work closely with manufacturers and keep internal databases updated
- Assist with product launch schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Create slideshows for meetings
- Plan and travel to tradeshows, approximately three times a year
- 1-2 years of experience as a junior product manager or product coordinator, including internship experience
- Experience in retail, specifically with products
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Slack, and project management software such as Asana
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Knowledge of photography and videography is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge) is preferred
- Understanding of professional audio and DJ equipment, stage lighting, and DMX knowledge is preferred
- Medical Dental and vision coverage available
- PTO: 10 days in year 1; accrues 3.8 hours per week after 60 days
