Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service consistently
- Supervise daily hotel operations, including maintenance and breakfast services
- Manage a team of front desk associates, ensuring effective communication and support
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures and standard operating protocols
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet sales and performance goals
- 2 years of experience in a hotel environment
- Willingness to transition from a Guest Services Manager or Front Desk Supervisor role
- FOSSI - property management system experience is preferred
