Legal Operations Manager Responsibilities

Legal Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Manage 80-100 ongoing probates and produce 20 estate planning packages weekly
- Facilitate 10-20 real estate closings monthly, serving as a paralegal during in-person transactions
- Oversee the drafting and execution of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, coordinating signing ceremonies and trust funding
- Compile settlements and communicate effectively with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and builders
- 5 years of senior-level experience in real estate law, title insurance, or estate planning
- Proficiency with technology and a strong understanding of operational processes
- Comfort with AI and innovative approaches is preferred
- Experience with Clio Manage, Lawmatics, and Qualia is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Supervisory experience is preferred
