- Build and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
- Facilitate employee communication and support various teams.
- Generate weekly reports on job performance, payroll, and profits.
- Ensure data alignment between CRM and QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed.
- Support HR functions, including employee handbook reviews and benefits policy explanations.
- Experience in a mid-sized company is preferred.
- HR experience, including knowledge of benefits policies and payroll, is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
