Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Utilize Foundation Accounting Software for effective cost accounting
- Manage general ledger activities and cash flow analysis
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Oversee payroll processes and certified payroll reporting
- Assist in generating over/under billing reports
- Collaborate with project managers on work-in-progress reports
- Adapt to flexible working hours as needed
- 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Foundation Accounting Software is preferred
- Experience with certified payroll
- OSHA certification is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
