Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Utilize Foundation Accounting Software for effective cost accounting
• Manage general ledger activities and cash flow analysis
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Oversee payroll processes and certified payroll reporting
• Assist in generating over/under billing reports
• Collaborate with project managers on work-in-progress reports
• Adapt to flexible working hours as needed
  
  

Accounting Manager Requirements

• 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Foundation Accounting Software is preferred
• Experience with certified payroll
• OSHA certification is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
