Firearms & Tactical Retail Associate — New Botach Storefront
Full-time, in person at 4775 W Harmon Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Pay: $20–25 per hour, based on relevant knowledge and ability. No company-sponsored benefits package. Detailed shifts and opening date will be discussed during the interview.
We are opening a Botach storefront in Las Vegas and looking for someone who knows firearms and tactical gear, enjoys talking with people, and takes pride in helping customers.
You might have gun-store experience, or you might be a civilian enthusiast who has built solid practical knowledge through a personal interest in the industry. Formal armorer credentials and military or law-enforcement experience are not required. You do need enough knowledge to discuss products confidently, check your answers and recognize your limits. We will train you on our products, systems and store procedures.
What you will do:
- Welcome customers, ask useful questions and help them compare firearms, parts, optics, holsters and tactical gear.
- Check product specifications and compatibility before making a recommendation. Explain unfamiliar terms patiently.
- Handle and demonstrate products safely under store procedures. Help customers navigate accessory and firearm-service requests; perform hands-on work only within store-approved training and scope.
- Check stock, arrange approved special orders and keep customers updated until their requests are resolved.
- Find answers instead of guessing. Follow through when you promise a customer an update, even if a coworker has not replied.
- Process sales accurately, check prices and discounts, receive merchandise, replenish displays and keep the counter organized.

An approachable, dependable person with practical firearms and tactical-product knowledge, clear communication and initiative. Be comfortable helping regular customers, officers, service members and people visiting a firearms store for the first time. Give everyone the same care and respect. Stay useful when the store is quiet and take responsibility for finishing tasks.
Useful experience includes firearms or sporting-goods retail, customer service, inventory handling, product sales, or substantial personal familiarity with firearms and tactical equipment. No college degree is required. Tell us what you actually know and how you learned it.
