Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist  to be the welcoming face of our clinics and a vital part of our patient care team!
As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience—from greeting patients with a smile to ensuring their information is accurate and up to date in our electronic health records system. You’ll assist with scheduling, answering questions, coordinating referrals, and supporting daily clinic operations. No two days are the same, and your work truly makes a difference!

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical office experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
⏰ Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
