Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is now hiring a full-time Clinic Manager for our Conway clinic—and we’re looking for a motivated leader who’s passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong, high-performing teams.
In this key leadership role, you’ll guide and support our clinical staff (excluding providers), helping create a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment. You’ll partner closely with our Chief Operations Officer and Chief Clinical Operations Officer to ensure the highest standards of care while maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and grant guidelines.
What You Bring:
- A BA or BS degree
- At least 5 years of healthcare management experience
or - 3 years of medical office experience in a Community Health Center (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for improving patient care and supporting your team
