What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Manager position at Boston Mountain Rural Health Center?
Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is now hiring a full-time Clinic Manager for our Mountain View and Shirley clinics—and we’re looking for a motivated leader who’s passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong, high-performing teams.
In this key leadership role, you’ll guide and support our Mountain View and Shirley clinical staff (excluding providers) to help create a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment. You’ll partner closely with our Director of Clinical Services and Chief Clinical Operations Officer to ensure the highest standards of care while maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and grant guidelines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field preferred.
- 3- 5 years of healthcare management, clinic operations, or medical practice leadership experience in a Community Health Center, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), or similar ambulatory care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing staff, overseeing clinic operations, improving workflows, and supporting quality patient care.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A passion for improving patient care and supporting team success.
- Candidates with significant or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience will be considered.
