Litigation Paralegal – Patent Litigation

A highly respected Washington, DC law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its busy litigation practice. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage complex litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial and appeal.
- Maintain case files, litigation databases, and court dockets.
- Prepare and proofread pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and exhibits.
- Coordinate document productions, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research, cite checking, and document review.
- Monitor court deadlines and assist attorneys with case management.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in patent litigation.
- Strong knowledge of federal court rules, procedures, and electronic filing.
- Experience with Lexis, Westlaw, and litigation databases.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
- IP litigation, PTAB, or ITC experience is a plus.
- Flexibility for occasional overtime and travel.
