  • Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work directly with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and underwriters to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Assist with sophisticated financing transactions, including affordable housing developments and tax credit financing.

What We're Looking For

  • 8 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, ideally within a law firm or commercial title environment.
  • Strong expertise in commercial title examination, title insurance, commitments, endorsements, and policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
  • Solid understanding of commercial lending, lien priorities, and title-related issues.
  • Experience with land records, recording requirements, and transfer and recordation taxes in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients and other transaction participants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with title industry software.
  • Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience That Will Set You Apart
